Chipotle, le re-nouveau du Fast-Food ?

Chipotle est une chaîne de fast-foods américains classée parmi les 50 entreprises les plus innovantes par fastcompany.com, car elle a su concilier l’idée d’une alimentation saine, promouvant la petite production locale, à l’univers fructueux des fast-foods. 

Avec un plan marketing audacieux géré par Mark Crumpacker, l’entreprise a choisi de se différencier complétement des autres chaînes de fast-food, en tirant sur la corde de l’émotion de manière ludique et pédagogique (cf. vidéo). According to the website fastcompany.com, Chipotle appears to be one of the most innovative companies, because it successfully combined the idea of healthy and locally sourced produce with the lucrative world of fast-food. How did they reach such a success ?
